Ms. Lenchak is active in the corporate, international trade, and alcohol beverage departments of the Firm.

With regard to her corporate practice, she counsels companies as to their corporate organization, corporate governance documents, and shareholder materials. She has significant experience working with both limited liability companies and corporations in Delaware, Maryland, and California. Prior to joining Kalik Lewin, Ms. Lenchak was a corporate and securities paralegal and law clerk at a prominent Texas law-firm based in Washington, D.C.

At Kalik Lewin, Ms. Lenchak also has an active international trade practice, focusing on antidumping duty investigations in both market and non-market economies before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. She is actively participating in the second antidumping review of Certain Orange Juice from Brazil and the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation on Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plant from Ukraine.

Ms. Lenchak has appeared before the Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the appeal of the antidumping determination in Certain Orange Juice from Brazil, Tropicana Products Inc., et. al v. United States, and Wuhan Bee Healthy v. United States. She is currently active before the CIT in the appeal of the first administrative review in Certain Orange Juice from Brazil.

In addition to Ms. Lenchak's international trade work, Ms. Lenchak focuses in the Firm's alcohol beverage practice area. She drafts distribution agreements, alternating proprietorship agreements, and is experienced with state beer and wine franchise issues. Ms. Lenchak appears before the Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. During the year 2006, she assisted in the completion of Nateman's Compilation of State Beer Laws and Regulations, in honor of Gary Nateman.

Ms. Lenchak is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, The Court of Appeals of Maryland, The Court of International Trade in New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies, focusing on International Politics and Europe, from the American University in Washington, D.C. and received her Juris Doctor and Certificate in International and Comparative Law from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.
